A generous semi-private residence overlooking the courtyard — companionship close at hand, comfort entirely your own.
Starting rates for base residency; final terms follow suite selection, availability, and executed residency agreement. Unfurnished by standard — bring the pieces you love; a furnished arrangement may be available.

EJ Lewis built his career where it matters most: hospice social work, skilled-nursing leadership, and the executive direction of senior-living communities. What he saw in those years shaped a conviction — that growing older should surrender none of the independence, dignity, or individuality that makes a life one's own.
Avelora Estate is that conviction, built. Residents and their families reach EJ directly — not a department, a person.

Avelora Estate is a strictly non-medical independent living residence — not an assisted living facility, RCFE, nursing facility, memory-care community, or medical facility. We believe families deserve that stated plainly.
What we provide
Housing and hospitality — housekeeping, laundry, concierge assistance, transportation, dining coordination, and social life for adults who live independently.
What residents bring
Full independence in personal daily living. Avelora does not provide bathing, dressing, medication management, or other ADL assistance.
Health & medications
Residents remain responsible for their own health care and medications; staff do not administer, organize, or monitor either.
In an emergency
For any suspected medical emergency, 911 is called and the resident's emergency contact is notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
